  • Haryana Government revised the wages of contractual employees engaged under Part-I and Part-II of the policy for engaging and outsourcing of services and activities. 6-06-2016

    • Chandigarh, June 6 – Haryana Government has decided to revise the wages of contractual employees engaged under Part-I and Part-II of the policy for engaging and outsourcing of services and activities dated April 6, 2015.
    • While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that the wage rate or wage formula mentioned in Part-I of the policy has been revised with effect from June 2014 till date keeping in view a five per cent increase from April 1 of every subsequent year and wages would be paid to the contractual employees on fixed minimum wages of DC rate of relevant district, whichever is higher.
    • Apart from this, the salary or wages of contractual employees engaged under Part-II of the Policy would be fixed as per existing formula that is 50 per cent of initial pay (Pay in Pay Band + Grade Pay + DA) of fresh entrant regular employee after January 1, 2006, subject to minimum of Rs 8100, or on the wages fixed by the Deputy Commissioner concerned under the provisions contained in Finance Department’s Notification dated November 21, 1941, whichever is higher.
